Kundalini Dance

Kundalini is the awakening of the dormant energy sitting at the base of the spine.
DHYAN YOGA teaches the body how to activate this energy with music, meditation and subtle dance. As the feet tap and move and the body follows, the Earth’s magnetic energy allows the creative force of spirit to flow through our bodies, unlocking the creative energy within. This experience unlocks our innate ability to “create” and “manifest” all that we desire naturally. It is the connecting with pure life force energy of creation held by Mother Earth and this divine feminine energy of love and nurture becomes a healing force within our being.

Conscious Breathing

How we breathe reflects the state of our inner energy. It is said that those who can control the life force in their own bodies reap considerable rewards: emotional stability, deep calmness, physical vigor.

Learning how to move the breath (prana) in and around within the body with intent and deliberation, can create deep healing and reviving of the body-mind-spirit. Dhyan Yoga PRANA KRIYA techniques are designed to create mindfulness and balance through breathing.

Mindful Meditation

The mind needs permission to surrender to meditation and learn the power of inner silence. It requires a creative approach to overcome limitation of how deep in silence you can go with it. Dhyan Yoga Mindful Meditation creatively shows you the way. It gently takes you within, creates a peaceful experience for the mind-body-spirit, and helps to connect you emotionally to a space of tranquility within.
